Sevaiya Recipe: An Easy 3 Step Process!

Since the texture of this dish is similar to Kheer this recipe can also be called Kheer Sevaiya Recipe or Doodh Sevaiya Recipe. But since Vermicelli is made from rice flour, the taste between a Kheer and Sevaiya is quite similar but at the same time, enough subtle differences do exist to make someone prefer one or another.

Another subtle feature of this dish is that, unlike some other dishes, this one can be served both hot and cold. While the taste does vary a bit between temperatures, the overall sweetness remains the same.

So hope you liked our Sweet Sevaiya Recipe. If you have any suggestions for us, do let us known them down in the comments below. And as always, thank you for reading till the end.
