  • Bay Leaf: 1 Piece
  • Cinnamon: 8-10 Grams
  • Cardamom: 2 Pods
  • Cloves: 3 pices
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cashew: 10 Grams
  • Onion: 100 Grams
  • Tomato: 50-80 Grams
  • Beans: 25 Grams
  • Cubed Capsicum: 50 Grams
  • Peas: 20 Grams
  • Cubed Carrot: 80 Grams
  • Cubed Potato: 100 Grams
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 500 Milileter
  • Basmati Rice: 200 Gram

Recipe for Vegetable Pulau: Method of Making

– Blend till smooth

– Saute on low flame for 5 minutes

– Add 5 beans, capsicum, peas, carrot, and potato
– Saute for 5 minutes
– Add the masala along with salt
– Mix well

Phase 3: Adding in the Rice

– Add 500 Milileters of water
– Bring the water to boil after giving a gentle stir
– Add Rice
