Ingredients for Mutton Curry
- Mutton: 400 Grams
- Garlic: 30 Grams
- Cumin Powder: 2 Teaspoon
- Salt: 3 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala: 2 Teaspoon
- Bay Leaf: 2 Pieces
- Cardamom: 2 Pieces
- Turmeric: 2 Teaspoon
- Onion: 50 Grams (chopped)
- Ginger: 10 Grams
- Mustard Oil: 150 Milileter
- Cinnamon: 10 Gram
- Clove : 4 pieces
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves: For garnish
Preparation Method of Mutton Curry
It takes fairly long to make the Mutton Curry and the process is a bit complicated as well. But while the process is a bit hard, the taste is worth the effort – After all, Mutton curry is one of the best meat dishes out there.
Total Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes
Step 1: Marinate
– Chop the mutton into small pieces
– Mix in half and marinate for 2 hours
Step 2: Masala
– Take a Pan (Karai)
– Heat some oil
– Add in the rest of the spices
– Mix well
Step 3: Add in the Meat and Cook
– Add in the onions
– Add the salt and fry till light brown in color
– Reduce the heat and add in some Turmeric
– Add in the meat, ginger, garlic paste
– Cook on high flame
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
– Cook for 15 minutes
– Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve
