How to Make the Grilled Chicken
Before you make a grilled chicken be sure that you are in an open place or a place with enough ventilation. Grilling releases a lot of smoke and if you are not in a well-ventilated place, it can potentially be dangerous.
To prepare a grilled chicken all you need to do is marinate the chicken, start the fire on the grill, oil the grilling tray or net and throw the meat into the tray/net till it is cooked. That is all there is to this process.

– Dip the chicken and coat it generously with the spices
– Let it rest for 20 minutes
Step 2: Start the Grill
– Start the grill and heat it up till medium-high
– Add the chicken and grill till golden Brown in Color
– Flip the Chicken and Repeat
Step 3: Garnish and Serve
– Score the Chicken after you take it out
– Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve
A few of you may be confused as to why we added the sugar in the mix of spices. The reason for that is flavor and glaze. When the sugar is mixed in with the spices, the chicken will get a shiny coat as the sugar melts which prevents the meat from being overcooked.
Along with this, the chicken skin will also get a subtle sweetness that mixes in perfectly with the sourness of the vinegar/lemon juice.
So I guess we all agree that this is a simple recipe right?
