2 Ways To Check TU Results With Mark Sheet via SMS?
The TU results are out!
But do you know how to check TU results with a mark sheet via SMS? If you are a TU student who is waiting for results, then you would want to read this.
As of Aug 18, 2021, Tribhuvan University office of the controller of Examination has published the results of 4 Years B.Sc 3rd, M.Ed first results, and MA results for various batches in the month of August.
Now you can check the TU results with the mark sheet via SMS regardless of your course plan. How do you do it? Let’s take a look.
Check TU results with the mark sheet via SMS
The reason why we are highlighting SMS here is that a lot of people don’t have access to the internet all the time. While some are out for work, some don’t have an internet collection at home and some are just low in data to access the internet. In such cases checking results with Marksheet becomes a lot harder. So in order to mitigate this issue, TU has provided the service of knowing TU results with a mark sheet via SMS. To do this all you need to do is:
- Type <year><faculty><space><symbol Number>
- Send it to 34949
OR
- Send it to 33624
Example:

2BBA 204567
Do keep in mind that since this is SMS the mark sheets won’t be arranged in any tabular form but rather will be sent to you in a simple format of subject <space> obtained marks.
Check TU results via the website
Now for those who can access the internet, you can go to their official website and check TU results directly. The results will be shown as “remark P Is PASS” or “remarks F Is FAIL”. To check the TU results via the website you need to:
- Visit the official TU website
- Select your faculty
- Enter your symbol number
- Click on “view result”
Note* TU has stopped publishing their results on tu.ntc.net.np so you will need to visit their official site to check the results.

The service of being able to check TU results with mark sheet via SMS is a valuable one. It allows people with no internet to check the results and get more than just passed or failed. While SMS will charge a bit of your mobile balance, it is still better than not knowing how many marks you got and having to rely on the internet to know your results.
