1. The hotel must record the guest’s health condition, their travel history, and ID

After the pandemic, we can’t go casually everywhere. As hotels are the most vulnerable place for the transmission of COVID-19, checking the guest’s ID, recording their travel history and health condition is the must-do rule for rental hotels. Both the guests and hotel staff should be cooperative while providing such information.

2. Proper cleaning and disinfection of entire hotel premises

Frequent cleaning and sanitation should be done on entire hotel premises. Each room has to be disinfected after guest check-out and before each check-in. Cleaning staff should wear gloves and mask while sanitizing the frequently touched surfaces such as door lock, benches, elevator button, washroom fixtures, etc.

Also, staff should be trained on how to do laundry properly as mild hot water should be used while disinfecting the clothes.

This pandemic is surely going to end one day bringing us all back to the normal life but we have to follow rules, maintain hygiene and proper sanitation, and social distancing .we can’t just go wandering wherever we want with complete ignorance to the fact that it can again outbreak in future.
