When you open your account, you will see a menu bar at the bottom. It has shortcuts to each of the following five interfaces(pages) in the application:
Home shows you two feeds, Following and For You
- Following serves up videos from accounts you are following.
- For you page shows you trending videos and the videos you would like to watch most presumably based on your past interest.
Discover mostly shows you videos tagged with the trending hashtag. It’s like a QR code where you can also search terms to find users, videos, sounds, and other hashtags.
3. Create Video
Create video opens up to the record screen, where you can film a video. Furthermore, you can adjust its speed, turn on a beauty effect, add a filter, and search for other effects to try.
Inbox shows you all the activity on your publicly shared videos. You can filter these notifications by things like comments and mentions- just go to the drop-down at the bottom.
Tap the envelope icon in the corner of Inbox to find all your private messages.
Me is a public profile that you and other users can see. Me also shows who you follow, who follows you, number of likes on all your videos, your favorite videos and your linked social media like- Youtube or Instagram. Me is visible to everyone, so you can add a profile photo and a bio too.

What to do to get more views on TikTok
TikTok has an algorithm that determines how many people will see the post. The key to getting more views and likes lies in understanding how the algorithm works and customizing the posts to fit into it.
Adding hashtag to your videos
Hashtag helps to explore a whole lot of audience which you have not known before, people who follow the tag will be able to see your video and your video might just become trending.
Making High quality videos and being creative
High quality videos require some good investment that means one has to have the best camera, best lighting, best background and best video editing software.
These small investments combined with creativity will go a long way to make your videos a success thereby increasing bot, views and likes.
Collaborating with other influencers and video creators
An important factor to gain more followers quickly is a team. People working with each other mention their names in their respective accounts which helps in increasing views and followers in a faster pace.
Use TikFuel to buy likes and followers
For people who are looking to grow quickly on the platform, they need to spend a few bucks in the initial stage for views, likes and followers.
One has to choose the package- as in the number of followers, likes and views he wants to buy; then set up a username and then receive the order. It is that easy!
Sharing post on other platforms
Every video should be posted on other social media platforms you are active on. Make it a point of posting it on your stories as well. Insert your video link in Instagram bio so that more followers can visit your profile.

What not to do to get more views on TikTok
Now last but not the least, becoming famous, making new amazing videos, creating beautiful content does make world a happy place. But like every other social media Tiktok has has a dark side to it if misused. TikTok has been in the forefront of privacy issue. Some of the concerns that have arise in past related to this application, lets have a recap:
Yes, challenges are fun and we know following the trend is the best way to appear “cool”. But you must be careful and smart enough to identify which challenges will make you “appear cool” and which of them will make you “lay cod in the ground”. Let us mention some of the dangerous challenges that appeared in the past.
A challenge posted on TikTok known as the “Benadryl challenge” encourages viewers to take large doses of the antihistamine to induce hallucinations.
Now. let me tell you why it’s dangerous. Experts and Doctors say ” Taking too much Benadryl can kill you.” There you have it.
‘Hold your breath until you pass out‘- one stupid human said.
‘This will be fun’– he foolishly added.
‘Let other people watch us do it so they can follow this awesome challenge‘. Yup, this person was an idiot. And what’s shocking is this became a trend meaning people continued this torch of stupidity.
No, this is not the challenge where you put one penny each in a jar for 365 days. That is a very good habit and quite genius too.
The TikTok version of ‘penny challenge involves sliding a penny behind a partially plugged phone charger.
This trend may look harmless but, a coin might get stuck or get crash in the meta prongs and cause spark leading to electrical damage or in some cases, fires
Cha Cha Slide Challenge
Driving recklessly to the rhythm of a song released back 20 years ago by DJ Casper (Mr. C The Slide Man). This is what the challenge is all about, and let me tell you, unlike other TikToks this challenge has nothing to with the choreography. Everytime Casper sings- slide left, the driver dangerously drives to the left side of the lane.
Tooth filing challenge
Personally, this challenge is giving me chills, goosebumps, and that uncomfortable and unsettling feeling even when I am writing about it. Believe me when I say my teeth literally hurts when listening about this challenge.
This challenge involves filling your teeth with a nail file Filing your teeth with a nail file just to alter your appearance is not a healthy or at the very least a smart decision. This can lead to permanent damage to the enamel in your teeth. It can be irreversible. Imagine having a brain freeze every time you eat or drink something- yes it can also lead to sensitivity.
The name says it all. This challenge involves three people standing next to one another in a line. When the person in the middle jumps in the air, the people on either side, kick out the legs of the middle person (and break his skull as the name suggests). The name itself points out that the challenge is dangerous and still it became a trend. Not surprising, isn’t it?
These are just the tip of the iceberg. There is more where this stupidity came from.
And TikTok is not to blame after all. TikTok’s community guidelines make it clear that the platform does not allow content that “encourages, promotes or glorifies” dangerous challenges. It’s the stupid human who acted foolishly.
So, please be careful on what and who you follow. Other than that, make beautiful contents and share the link below in comment. We would love to watch you amazing content.
