New Adventure of Coffee Plantation started when Mr Hira Giri bought some seeds from Sindu province of Myanmar . Which was planted in Aapchaur of Gulmi District for the first time in Nepal at 1938 AD. Slowly extended its plantation after 4 decades at 1970s AD. Commercial plantation took place at mid eighties after establishment of Nepal Coffee Company (NeCCo) in Manigram, Rupandehi district, in 1983/84, the producers were able to sell Coffee. From that to now it has been a source of income or income generating crop to the producer.

Grade A: Rs 90 |- per kg. (NOTE : grown over 800 meters, grown using the organic procedure, well ripe, which does not sink in water, are considered as grade A)

Grade B: Rs 80 |- per kg. (NOTE : those which are not listed in Grade A are Grade B)

Parchment :

Grade A: Rs 450 |- per kg (NOTE: produced from Grade A, it should sink in water, 11% moisture coffee are considered as grade A Parchment coffee).

Grade B: Rs 397 |- per kg (NOTE: produced from Grade B quality of fresh cheery coffee)

Dry cherry :

Grade A: Rs 148 |- per kg (NOTE : dried and produced from Grade A quality fresh cherry)

Grade B: Rs 95|- per kg (NOTE : dried and produced from Grade B quality fresh cheery.)
