Although It also does food and parcel delivering services in its home country Bangladesh, it only operates as a ride-sharing app here in Nepal. It has a simple app where you can choose from Bike or a Car. Then select the destination and wait for the rider to confirm and be there at your destination. You can pay with cash or with digital wallets. It has set a speed limit for its riders to minimize the risk of reckless riding.

Pathao charges Base fare Rs.30 and Rs.15 for every kilometre with Minimum Fare being Rs.45. For Cabs Pathao charges Base Fare Rs. 100 with Rs. 39 for every kilometre and Rs.1 per minute with minimum fare being Rs.150
