Super Mario is a world-famous game during our childhood. It doesn’t need any introduction because most people were familiar with this game. Super Mario, a console game was created by the Japanese electronic game manufacturer Nintendo Company, Ltd. in 1985 for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The game, which was based on the arcade game Mario Bros., helped to launch one of gaming’s most popular franchises, and now it is available for Android and iOS as well.

Contra which is an action game was one of the most famous games in the world back at that time. The series debuted in 1987 as a coin-operated arcade game titled Contra, which was followed by the release of Super Contra in 1988 and several sequels produced for various home platforms. The arcade version of Contra was released in February 1987, a few months after the Iran–Contra affair was made public. Only a few games were famous during our childhood and this is one of them.

It was one of the most loved games during our childhood days which was played by younger to older and is still played by children. It is a world-famous game enjoyed by all generations of people. Wow! personally I love this game during my childhood and what about you guys?
It is one of the most loving phone games during our childhood and most game lovers had this game on their phones. Street Fighter, an electronic fighting game series, was originally released as an arcade game in 1987 by the Japanese game manufacturer Capcom Company. This world-famous game was probably played by billions of people. The game was initially released for iOS devices on August 4, 2011, and later ported to Android systems and Windows Phone 8. The game was a commercial success with positive reviews from critics. The success of the game led to a sequel Temple Run 2. This game can play on both Android and iOS platforms so those who want to go back to their childhood days, you can download and play it.
6. Metal slug
It is an action game which is also called a run and gun game
I am sure many of us were playing this game during our childhood. Metal Slug is a Japanese run and gun video game series created by Nazca Corporation before merging with SNK in 1996 after the completion of the first game in the series. For those who love action games, Metal Slug was the best choice.
It is the same as the street fighter game which is an action game probably loved by action games lover. The appearance of the first coin-op cabinet bearing the Tekken name was in 1994, followed by Tekken 2 (1995), Tekken 3 (1997), Tekken Tag Tournament (1999), Tekken 4 (2001), Tekken 5 (2004), Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection (2005), Tekken 6 (2007) and Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion (2008). Tekken 7 was released in 2015 and the latest current Tekken 8 was released in 2021 Feb 10. During our childhood, this game was so famous worldwide.
Pokemon is a series of video games developed by game freak and published by Nintendo and The pokemon company under the pokemon media franchise.

The most recently released core series game, pokemon legends Arceus was released on January 28, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch. It is a prequel to the2006 NintendoDS games Pokemon Diamond and pearl. These games were loved by kids and we played this game during our childhood.
It is one of the most downloaded games and it shows how much this game is loved by people. I don’t think I need to tell you about this game more cause it is very unique and popular. We spent a lot of time playing this game during our childhood. In 2009, Minecraft was created by Markus Persson, also known as Notch, and was originally called Cave Game.
This game was different than other online games where you create things instead of simply creating structures, you also have to gather resources to build those structures.
10. Prince of persia
This is one of my favorite games played during my childhood. The original Prince of Persia was published in 1989 and created by Jordan Mechner. The game is a 2D platformer, notable for its use of rotoscoping to create fluid and realistic-looking animations. While initially without a particular theme, Mechner was eventually encouraged to pick an Arabian Nights-like setting and plot for the game.
The story of this very first entry in the series is simple. With the sultan off to fight a war, his evil Vizier seizes the throne. The sultan’s daughter is locked up and to be executed in one hour precisely. The Prince, who serves as the game’s player character, is in love with the princess and has been thrown into the dungeons of the palace. It’s your task to escape and run, jump, climb, and fight your way to the Vizier. This phone game was enjoyed by almost all game lovers during our childhood.
Game is part of our life. There is nobody who didn’t play games in their childhood. During our childhood, we played all types of games either phone games or physical games as. Gameplay is beneficial for our bodies. Every game has its own benefit. A physical game improves your stamina where as a phone games increases you mind creativity. During our childhood, we played many games on a phone which is also available in our smartphones still. It reminds our childhood moments.
Playing any sort of game- be it online games or physical games, is very important for refreshing our minds. But the thing we should keep on our mind is not to be addictive towards it. We should spend only limited times. So, I would like to suggest you and their guardians please take care of phone addiction. Mostly those who love to play games most of the time.
