An American Science fiction-horror web television series, Stranger Things was premiered on July 15, 2016. It can hook you immediately as everything seems perfect, from the setting, the acting, the direction, the cinematography, just as it should be. It gives you the 1980s nostalgia as it has the taste of the big 80’s movies. The story offers you something different and not the regular thriller of murder and crime. You’ll be scared, intrigued, completely invested in the perfect setting.

Storyline:

Stranger Things is the story of the mid-1980s in a small town in Indiana. It begins with a small boy going missing. And, while searching for the boy, they find out a secret laboratory outside this small town in Indiana. In which scientists have been conducting certain experiments that they shouldn’t have and they have unleashed powerful forces, involving secret government experiments, unnerving supernatural forces, and a very unusual little girl.

Casting is great and makes this show very appealing. The performance of the kids are loveable. The acting is phenomenal. The cast have won several awards for their solid performance.
