  • 1 ½ tsp ghee 
  • ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tbsp Carom seeds (Jwano, ajwain)
  • 2 dried chilies (optional)
  • 1 small sized chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt as per the taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder 
  • For the soup 
  • Add 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 500 ml water or as required

Step 1 Heating the base ingredient

Boil some ghee in a hot pan and add some Fenugreek Seeds ‘Methi’ . Let it fry for a while.

Step 2 Jwano jumps in
