Any actor who has performed in an exceedingly but wonderful or poorly written play will find it nearly impossible to cry on cue. it’s hard to “be within the moment” after they don’t truly value the ability of the play. In such case the following techniques are used like:
- Sound like you’re crying.
- Lower your head or cover your face to look more realistic
- Focus on your breathing.
- Make a crying face.
- Rub your eyes.
- Use a cut onion.

Because we are lucky to be born with the capability to feel any emotion. But to feel such emotions, you need to practice and observe.
