Kaski is the part of Gandaki Pradesh and one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district headquarter is Pokhara which covers the area of 2,017 sq. KM. The golden mountains during sunrise attract more than a thousand tourists per day. Poon hill is located 270 km west of Kathmandu. Pooh hill trek is shorter which takes 2-3 days to reach the viewpoint from Pokhara city. The foreigner needs the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) Permit is needed to complete this trek.

6. Annapurna Conservation Area
Annapurna conservation area covers the area of 7,629 km2 which makes it the second-largest national park in Nepal. This national park ranges from 790m to 8091 m. This conservation area scatters across Manang, Mustang, Kaski, Myagdi, and Lamjung districts. This conservation is established in 1992 AD. This conservation area is full of flora and fauna containing 1,226 species of flowering plants, 105 mammals, 518 birds, 40 reptiles, and 23 amphibians.
7. Machapuchhre Base Camp Trek
Machapuchhre base camp trek is newly opened and another popular trekking route in Nepal. This trek takes you to the foot of this virgin mountain which is never been climbed. This mountain is considered as Holy Mountain in the local Gurung community. You can see the great view of Machapuchhre Mountain itself and the Annapurna Range.
